"Roman Reigns? I can say he is not a..."

In the latest edition of The Universal Wrestling podcast JBL analyzed the characteristics of Roman Reigns. He said: "Roman Reigns is not a real heel, at least according to the traditional conception. Reigns is a heel that thrills the audience and can also be a lot of fun.

He is not an old-fashioned heel, if you know what I mean. Mine is not meant to be a criticism of him, times change and wrestling has to adapt to survive The former WWE champion has only one regret related to his WWE career: "When I joined the company, I wasn't ready for a big push.

I was sure I could do it, but then I realized it was more difficult than I imagined. I was overwhelmed by the system at first and was unable to fully express my talent. Having been champion in other federations didn't guarantee me the same success in WWE.

It took me some time to get used to that environment. If I could return to the ring in the future? I am often asked this question, but I have no intention of going back to fighting. I don't have the right head to do it and I wouldn't even be able to do it physically." Roman Reigns has always performed as a heel since joining forces with Paul Heyman in August 2020.

Previously, the 'Tribal Chief' had worked as a babyface for six years and hardly ever had the desired effects. Predictably, the former Shield member defeated Brock Lesnar in the key match on the second night of Wrestlemania 38, winning the entire stakes and becoming the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.

His record at WrestleMania is about seven wins against two losses. Along with Lesnar, he was the only performer able to beat The Undertaker in the most important event on the calendar. In total, Roman has won the WWE Championship four times, the Universal Championship twice, and once each the Intercontinental Championship, the United States Championship and the WWE Tag Team Championship.

n TV for almost 30 years, now it's time to do more."
