Drew McIntyre: "Brock Lesnar is terrifying but nice"
Brock Lesnar made his umpteenth return to WWE during the 2021 edition of SummerSlam.
The Beast intervened shortly after Roman Reigns' victory over John Cena, starting a new feud with the Tribal Chief. Not satisfied, the former Universal Champion beat down on the leader of the 'Cenation' to the sound of Suplex and F-5.
Lesnar and Reigns later faced each other in Crown Jewel, Saudi Arabia, with Roman coming out victorious thanks also to the fundamental help of Jey and Jimmy Uso. Yet another chapter of their rivalry should have been staged on Day 1, but the news of Reigns' positivity to the COVID-19 has turned the tables on the table.
Brock was included in the match valid for the WWE Championship, from which he emerged victorious. During a lengthy Sportskeeda microphone interview, Drew McIntyre analyzed Brock Lesnar's transformation in detail: "We had never seen this side of Brock Lesnar's character before.
Before his return to SummerSlam, we had always observed the same version of the Beast. Sometimes people loved it, other times they hated it. Now fans have a chance to see a different Brock than ever before. They understand that he can also be a fun and easygoing guy.
He hid it to keep up with his gimmick. For years he did not want the world to know, while now he is showing how it is in everyday life. He is terrifying in some circumstances, but he can also be bright and likable. His segments with Sami Zayn were a blast, ”said McIntyre.
The Scot then went into detail: “Brock is back and he seemed invigorated to me. He's got that weird hairstyle, that peasant dress and that smile on his face, all of which make him even scarier. He is having fun and he is entertaining the fans, but we must not forget that his favorite hobby of him is beating up opponents."
