Chris Jericho said who is the best wrestler in the world

Since wrestling has become a phenomenon of global significance, a fateful question that everyone has asked is cyclically back to the fore: who is the greatest wrestler in the world? Debate has become current again in these hours, with the intervention of one of those directly involved.

And whose answer is far from surprising, since it comes from Chris Jericho himself. The first world champion in the history of AEW, Chris Jericho in fact, decided to intervene on Twitter to share his thoughts on who is the best wrestler on the planet at present, and has clearly stated that he thinks the best of all is Kenny.

Omega himself. An answer that many could have expected, given the work the two have been sharing for months. But Y2J still wanted to motivate his answer. "In my opinion Kenny Omega is the best wrestler in the world today.

Others might think otherwise, but I've been in the ring with everyone currently working at the top, and there's no one close to his level. That's why Kenny is AEW Champ , the most protected title in the industry.

It's impossible to question that, "Jericho wrote in his post. Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega first met in NJPW in 2018, in the first major wrestling event Y2J has played away from WWE (or WWF) since 2000. The two then brought their feud to AEW when the company was announced for the first time in 2019.

It is therefore clear that in the last three years they have had the opportunity to know and respect each other in a very deep way, so as not to give any doubt to Jericho (however very corporate in his answer). The fact remains that, between WWE, NJPW, TNA, Mexican leagues, other Japanese leagues and the increasingly rampant AEW, the answer to which is the greatest wrestler in the world can give life to much more varied answers than in the past even a lot recent.

At least with regard to the federation of origin.
