Will Brock Lesnar return to SummerSlam?

We haven't seen the legend of this business Brock Lesnar in WWE and in any wrestling ring for over a year now. The last time we saw The Beast Incarnate in the ring is even dated Wrestlemania 36 when Brock Lesnar was defeated quite sharply by The Scottish Psychopath Drew McIntyre.

Since that day Brock Lesnar has not set foot on the ring of the Stamford company anymore, the contract has expired and despite several rumors about a sensational return (especially rumors about Wrestlemania 37, then never realized) Brock Lesnar is still absent from the McMahon family shows.

During the last episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, the well-known colleague Dave Meltzer took stock of Brock Lesnar's future: one of the best known insiders in this field spoke about the possible return of Brock Lesnar to the ring in Pay per View of SummerSlam seen the latest rumors regarding The Beast.

Here are his words: "I haven't heard anything in particular about SummerSlam, maybe I would have thought more about his return to Wrestlemania but at the moment we have to remember that he is not under contract. I suppose that's quite plausible but I have no whispers in that direction.

AEW? Absolutely not, to my knowledge it's not something he's really interested in." For Brock Lesnar's return to the wrestling world, however, it seems very important that there is definitely an agreement to always see the public in the stands, which certainly helps the return of the former WWE Champion.

Recently also WWE Mad Genius Paul Heyman (former manager of Brock Lesnar) was unbalanced on a possible return of Brock Lesnar in the company, perhaps to challenge Roman Reigns, WWE Tribal Chief. Here are his words about it: "Brock Lesnar only does what he wants, even if we talk about this possibility I don't think it's real because at the moment I don't think he wants to face Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Champion."

"For Brock Lesnar, money is everything," said ...

He has been absent from the WWE rings since Wrestlemania 36 but Brock Lesnar continues to be a major topic of discussion for fans of Vince McMahon's company.

The WWE Universe continues to debate when the wrestler will be able to return to the Stamford Company ring or any other wrestling ring. During the Kurt Angle Show, former WWE superstar Kurt Angle talked about many themes, dealing with 2006 Judgment Day and a match he had in NJPW with Brock Lesnar years ago.

During the broadcast Angle recalled the match in New Japan Pro Wrestling against Lesnar and commented as follows: "I remember Brock Lesnar took me to Japan, we faced each other in a match and then he asked me to talk about a rematch, so he wanted to make even more money.

For Brock Lesnar, money is everything, he is a very strict businessman. Everything revolves around money for him and they come in front of everything, in front of his passion and in front of the rest " Speaking in detail he then he commented: "He told the New Japan Pro Wrestling folks that he wouldn't lose to anyone but Kurt Angle.

So they called me. He then told me to attend the press conference and I had to sit next to him. It was all his strategy and he said: You say you want a rematch against me. At the time I didn't really know but I heard Brock Lesnar was making a lot of money on these matches.

Brock Lesnar had been champion for some time and then they wanted to take the title off him, he said only Kurt Angle would beat him." Kurt Angle and Brock Lesnar challenged each other in a title match that lasted about 10 minutes at the IGF event about 14 years ago.

Angle was one of the greatest wrestlers in WWE history and left the company in 2020 when he surprisingly released Kurt Angle in the traditional April 15th releases.
