Eddie Kingston, despite his qualities, is someone who always seeks advice and strives for progress. Kingston is one of the most popular personalities within AEW, but that doesn't stop him from striving for progress and listening to advice from more experienced colleagues. Speaking to Gabby AF, Eddie revealed that there are a few names he often looks to for advice. Homicide is one of the wrestlers he often asks for advice from.

"He'll text me right after matches, or we'll talk, like do the Monday evening quarterback or whatever. Definitely, [Jon Moxley], when me and him are talking — we fight like brothers, so we won't talk for three months, and then we will be talking and wishing each other Merry Christmas. And then, the next month, we will be at each other's throats. That's the way we are."- Kingston said, as quoted by wrestlinginc.com!

Eddie Kingston mentioned that some people approach him for advice, but he feels they do it just for show. He mentioned that despite asking for guidance, they don't actually follow it and do whatever they want. Kingston shared that he's selective about who he helps, preferring to help those who genuinely take his advice seriously rather than those who just ask without any intention of listening.

He is a person who is ready to help anyone and tends to give useful advice that can guide individuals to move in the right direction. Many older wrestlers emphasized that younger wrestlers ask for advice less and less, and mostly have their own opinion. That's a big mistake! Modern wrestling has brought many new things. Somewhat older wrestling fans know very well how things looked different regarding everything, not only regarding advice. However, there are also those individuals who use every moment to advance and seek advice.
