In an interview with Sports Illustrated, Hulk Hogan revealed that he would like to find himself in the ring with Randy Orton to make a spectacle. He had nothing but praise for Orton and his career. He especially praised the fact that Orton can work with both veteran and younger wrestlers. Orton is a wrestler who can adapt to any conditions.

“If I wasn’t all beat to hell, I’d love to get in the ring with Randy. We could still tear it down in the main event. Randy could call it in the ring, and he could adjust to my style to make sure it worked perfectly. He’s just so good. He can work with veterans and the newer guys, too. He knows how to pivot both ways in the ring. He understands wrestling in a way very few do. That’s why he is making masterpieces in the ring.”- Hogan said, as quoted by pwmania.com!

Matt Hardy on Randy Orton

In his podcast, "The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy," Matt had some kind words for Orton, stating that he believes Randy deserves a spot in the WWE Hall of Fame.

“He’s drawn money, he’s sold tickets. As a heel, he was very, very good, probably excels and probably is where he excels the most and at his best. People will pay because they dislike him, they want to see someone else beat him. Also, he’s is someone that connects with people. He evokes emotion, and he connects with fans that are sitting in those seats. People go, ‘Oh my god, Randy Orton has had so many memorable moments.’ They might not remember his top ten five-star matches, but they’re definitely gonna remember a shit-load of Randy Orton moments, which there has been a bunch.”
