Will Ospreay is under contract with NJPW until February 2024, and many are curious about what will transpire afterward and what plans this talented wrestler may have. In an interview with METRO, Ospreay discussed his future.
He appears open to any opportunities that may arise. Naturally, WWE represents the pinnacle of many wrestlers' careers and is a coveted destination. It will be interesting to track the trajectory of this remarkable wrestler's career.
“I mean, we have spoke about it more. I’m now open to the idea of stretching myself out that little bit more. As age has become more apparent to me and my body is hurting more and more, I’m open to all avenues.
I’ve had a lot of talks with my friends about this, and I have spoke to the missus. Although we’ve spent so much money on our new kitchen, we are open to the idea of relocating to the United States”. - he said.
Will Ospreay and Seth Rollins
Seth Rollins was a name he had to mention. Ospreay thinks that now is the right opportunity to see what's out there. “But now it’s time for me to really gauge and see what’s out there.
So the Seth [Rollins] thing does intrigue me quite a lot. I heard him say in a promo, his 100% is the best in the world. My 50% is the best in the world, so if you actually got me at 100% I think you’d drown in these waters mate”.
Recently, Ospreay spoke about IMPACT Wrestling and had nothing but praise for them. “I have had the best time at IMPACT WRESTLING from fan experience to quality of wrestling. I honestly believe that the reason they have climbed back from such a deep trench… is because that place is one big team”.
