WWE Senior Vice President of Live Events "Road Dogg" Brian James commented on Triple H on his podcast and the fact that he is currently the man running WWE. According to Road Dogg, Triple H is a man who knows how to balance things. “It’s both. He’s the one that can balance the two. He’s the moral compass that balances how much it is that I do. I mean, I can take the hint, I can read the room — if it’s time to play, we play.

Triple H is aware of the responsibility he has and what his job entails. However, he seems to be doing great in this role.
Wrestlers are free to ask anything from him. On the other hand, Triple H knows how to set a limit and knows how to say NO! This kind of approach is really needed within such a serious company as WWE. “He’s like, ‘Don’t be afraid to ever ask me something, but also don’t get upset if I tell you no.’ And I’ve been told ‘no’ a bunch of times [since then].
