Braun Strowman: "I have a partially paralyzed leg"

Braun Strowman revealed on social media that he recently had surgery and is now in recovery after suffering a level one fusion to his C4 and C5 vertebrae. The former Universal Champion thanked WWE and Andrew's Sports Medicine for taking good care of him and said it was scary to find out he had to undergo surgery like this.

Only very recently did it emerge that Monster Among Men had suffered an undisclosed injury, as you could also read on our pages. Braun Strowman, commenting on the video posted on Instagram in which he framed his clinical situation, wrote: "The road to recovery starts now!!!!

The first level fusion to my c4/c5 vertebrae was in the excellent hands of the Dr. Cordover at Andrew's Sports Medicine, and I think it was a great experience. Thank you WWE for always taking care of us. It was very scary to find out I had to go through all of this, but they were there every step of the way reassuring me about fact that I would have had the best possible assistance.

It will take some time to recover. But I assure you (words of the #Terminator) that I will be back!!!! Thanks to all in advance for the best wishes." Now, however, new news emerges that leaves us a little speechless, and it was the wrestler himself who gave it via Fightful during an interview which however dates back to WrestleMania 39, therefore much earlier than his recent operation.

A partially paralyzed leg

Strowman in fact told Sean Ross Sapp: "You never know. My feet are really weird. So the bottom of my foot collapsed on my right foot, and my left leg is 15% paralyzed. So I switched shoes. It is a U.K.

brand called Vivobarefoot which helps me to strengthen my feet. I feel bad cheating on my Crocs, but I still have my Crocs. I wear those around the house. These are more business casual. They told me I have to dress well. This is the best I can get."
