A terrible news upsets a historical protagonist of this discipline and of the world of professional wrestling in general. After losing Scott Hall today, which coincides precisely with the birth date of the late Razor Ramon, Kevin Nash's son Tristen Nash has died at the age of 26.
Young and in the business for some time although not as an athlete, Tristen was part of several projects shared with her father, including a podcast for some time well underway and for which, it is rumored, the two have proudly cared for with love and dedication.
The entire Nash family has never had serious human problems and for this reason the real cause of the young man's death seems to be still unknown. What we can report to you for now is undoubtedly the tweet of the well-known Sean Ross of Fightful Select, a wrestling site that has exploded on the web in recent years, which announces the disappearance we are talking about in this article.
Kevin Nash is a legend of this business, once WWE Champion, 5-time WCW Champion, plus a TNA / Impact Wrestling run where he twice collected the Legends Championship and federation duo titles. In 2021 he received his second induction into the WWE Hall of Fame for his militancy in the NWO after the single in 2015.
The Nash family has asked fans to respect their mourning and especially their privacy in this time of intense pain during which the whole world of wrestling huddles around him and his loved ones. Tristen made headlines about 8 years ago when he was arrested by the police after being involved in a fight with his father.
Kevin Nash won a total of twenty-one titles in his career, including six world titles, having held the WCW World Heavyweight Championship five times and once the WWF Championship, and twelve pairs, having held the WCW World Tag Team Championship nine times, two times the WWF Tag Team Championship and once the TNA World Tag Team Championship.
He was also WWF Intercontinental Champion and TNA Legends Champion. During his time in WCW, he finished Goldberg's unbeaten streak after 173 matches. Nash was, along with Shawn Michaels, Triple H, Razor Ramon and X-Pac, a member of Kliq, an unofficial group of wrestlers who influenced the booking team's decisions.
He was also one of the three founding members of the New World Order, along with Hulk Hogan and Scott Hall. In 2015 he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as a Diesel and in 2021 as a member of the nWo.
Very unfortunate news to share.
