Mikaela Shiffrin dominates in Austria!

On November 28 of the same year, during the following 2021-2022 World Cup season, Shiffrin won the special slalom in Killington, becoming, together with the Swede Ingemar Stenmark, the athlete able to win the most races in a single specialty, with 46 successes in the aforementioned discipline.

At the subsequent XXIV Olympic Winter Games in Beijing 2022 she was 18th in the downhill, 9th in the super-G, 4th in the team event and she did not complete the giant slalom, slalom and combined. At the end of that 2021-2022 season she won her fourth overall World Cup.
