Henry Cejudo: Only one fighter has a chance against Jon Jones

Jon Jones is one of the greatest and a fighter who has not lost a single one. Really impressive. He holds numerous records in the light heavyweight division, but also in the UFC in general. He has shown many times how good and capable he is for the greatest goals and that is why many consider him the greatest fighter in history, despite everything that marked his career.

Unfortunately, Jones has not played since the beginning of 2020 and the victory against Dominick Reyes. After that, Jones decided to rest, and soon left the title of light heavyweight champion and announced the transition to heavyweight.

We will have to wait, and Jones often points out that he wants everything to be perfect and he has to work on gaining muscle mass. Due to countless incidents outside the cage, Jones was kicked out of JacksonWink Hall in October this year.

Jones trained almost his entire MMA career there, but Mike Winkeljohn decided that was enough and Jones had to leave the gym. For a time Jon trained in Arizona, inside Fight Ready Hall. Henry Cejudo is right now one of the head coaches in that hall and many phenomenal fighters are going there (Weili Zhang, Jiri Prochazka, Deiveson Figueiredo, Chan Sung Jung ...).

Cejudo and Jones clicked well and often posted joint photos and short training clips. '' There is no one in the heavyweight division who will be able to touch him. The only guy who has any chance against Jones is Francis Ngannou with his knockout power.

But even that guy ... Jon Jones has a good stance, he knows how to wrestle, he can attack his legs (kicks). You almost need a damn grizzly bear to beat Jon Jones. That's the only way, "he said," Triple C "during The Triple C & Schmo Show.

Clearly, Jones hasn’t acted particularly impressive in his last two appearances. He defeated Thiago Santos by a narrowly divided decision, and Dominic Reyes was defeated by a unanimous decision, but he may have lost the match.

Reyes and Santos are not having their best days and no longer belong to the very top of the light heavyweight division. How Jones will deal with even bigger and much tougher opponents is hard to know now. But still many have hope and optimism in him because they know what qualities a name has and how much he can achieve. A phenomenal fighter indeed.
