Nate Diaz tried to humiliate Conor McGregor

More than five years have passed between Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz. Both fighters recorded one victory each and the trilogy has been talked about for years. Although both fighters have been on a downward trajectory in recent years, there are few who do not want to watch the third match.

The impression is that 2022 could be the right time for that showdown. We are aware of what both fighters are like, that they are temperamental, impulsive and always ready to fight, and for these reasons we are aware of what a spectacle we would have in the ring.

Of course, as it has already been said, both fighters are not in "prime", but they still want to fight, and they still have the same motivation as before. Nate Diaz has one fight left under his current contract with the UFC.

It is questionable whether there will be an extension of cooperation. Conor McGregor on the other hand is recovering from a severe leg injury he suffered in the seventh month of this year, but in the first half of 2022, the Irishman should be ready to return.

Nate Diaz on Conor McGregor

Notorious and Diaz are often in conflict on social media, and Nate decided last night to touch on potential trilogies. The fighter from Stockton believes that McGregor is not an adequate opponent for his next performance.

‘‘ I’m not fighting Conor until his leg grows back and he beats some people so we know he can even fight still till then
Can I get on January card
@ufc Thanks. ’’, Diaz wrote via Twitter who would surely be happy to jump into the UFC 270 event hosted by Francis Ngannou and Ciryl Gane.

Conor McGregor is definitely not ready and recovered to perform next month, but there are many potential opponents for Diaz. Dustin Poirier is certainly one of the most interested. "Diamond" and Diaz certainly owe us that match that was supposed to take place in 2018.

Poirer is a great fighter, but the question is how realistic it is to have such a fight However, Poirier said he would rather fight at the UFC 271 event in February, while Diaz is eager to fight as early as January. We all know who would be happy to accept the match at today's event. Of course, it is about Khamzat Chimaev. Time will tell what UFC matchmakers have in mind when it comes to Nate Diaz.
