UFC 269: Spectacle for the end of 2021!

Two more UFC shows remain until the end of the year, the first of which is from the PPV program. It is a UFC 269 event, and its program proves to us that the UFC decided to close the year with a real spectacle. A series of great fights are ahead of us, but two are in the foreground and they were presented via the UFC 269 Countdown announcement.

The main fight is the one in which Charles Oliveira will defend his UFC lightweight title for the first time against a fighter who was originally intended for him to fight in the title he won. Dustin Poirier thus thanked for the offer and went through a third fight against Conor McGregor, while Oliveira won the title against Michael Chandler.

Now is the time for that clash. Although Oliveira is a champion and a fighter in a great series, Poirier is the favorite and for a reason.

Nunes Amanda

In the last nine fights, he has piled up all the elite of the category, only to be stopped by Khabib Nurmagomedov in his first attack on the title.

He does not intend to miss the second opportunity but to return to Louisiana with the championship belt. Oliveira is part of the re-Brazilian championship awakening in the UFC and intends to stay that way. Incredibly experienced, and still very young and still getting better with every fight, no one is allowed to write him off.

A new big fight is also ahead of the greatest fighter in history, Amanda Nunes. Behind her are 12 wins in a row, and this will be her sixth bantamweight title defense, the first since December 2019, when she battled Germaine de Randamie.

This time she has an extremely motivated opponent against him. Julianna Pena is burning with confidence and is convinced that she has what it takes to win and win a title. Nunes has once again been set as a huge favorite, which should come as no surprise.

She has repeatedly confirmed that she is a fighter who simply has no weaknesses, in every segment of this sport she is perfect and she often beat her opponents with their weapons. If this is the case this time as well, we can expect her to be aggressive and extremely offensive, which are the characteristics of her opponent.

In any case, this should not be a one-sided fight, but what is certain is that it will be exciting. We’re looking forward to the next UFC show which will be a real spectacle we haven’t watched in a long time
