Danis responded to Diego Sanchez's challenge

If Dillon Danis had fought as much as he called out, he would have had a lot more MMA fights done today than the two he did in Bellator’s cage, the last time back in the summer of 2019. He has probably already forgotten the names of his opponents.

So, for the past two years, we have been following his regular provocations of various fighters. His last "victims" were Michael Bisping and John Wayne Parr. But how does Danis react when someone calls him out? That’s exactly what happened to him during a Twitter bickering with Michael Bisping.

He was contacted by Diego Sanchez, a former UFC fighter who dedicated himself to gloveless boxing and called Danis to the match. "Box me Dillon I’m closer to your size/age & would fight you at any weight in any sport!

You are a BIG GANGSTA WHY DONT YOU POP YOUR CHERRY AND BARE THOSE BJJ KNUCKLES IN", Diego wrote, tagging David Feldman, president of the BKFC promotion, in which he should continue a career. Danis obviously doesn’t like it when someone calls his name so he decided to flatly decline this challenge.

"I don't want to go to jail for murder. Stay outta this little guy, before you get hurt," the MMA legend replied.

Ratio

At the moment, we don't know what Danis' plans are for continuing his career. He hasn't been in grappling for a while, where he doesn't have a very enviable professional ratio, ie 18 wins, and 16 losses.

He often mentions MMA and boxing, but It seems he's not interested and we won't see him in the action for long time There, many would like to see him, especially against a serious fighter, and most of them, of course, would like to see him defeated, if we count on him being probably the most hated person in the entire world of martial arts.

But looking at what kind of matchmaking Bellator did with him in the first two fights, we’re not sure how realistic something like that is to expect. Exactly things like this could be a huge motivation for Dillon Danis, but he doesn't seem to react to the calls of many fighters and is focused on his life.

However, since we know the character of UFC fighters (at least most of them), they will hardly resist some challenges, especially if a lot of money is at stake. In that case, rarely does anyone refuse any invitation
