6 months fast-forward, Kevin Lee overturned his decision and recently announced that he is no longer retired.

Most fighters break out of retirement within the 1st year; various factors influence fighters to reverse their decision. In Kevin Lee’s case, he claims to miss the sport and is making every attempt to get back to the level he was at before retiring.

It will be very interesting to see if the UFC offers him a new contract. Kevin Lee and fans worldwide suggested a Tony Ferguson vs Kevin Lee rematch. That could turn out to be one of the most spectacular matches in the history of the sport.
