The UFC 297 main event is only a few weeks away (20th January), and it has already caused a lot of chaos outside the ring. First Sean Srickland attacked Dricus Du Plessis while both were in attendance for the UFC 296 event.

And then, Dricus Du Plessis tore Sean Strickland with unpleasant verbal banters. Du Plessis said that he would beat Sean Strickland in a harsher way than his father did. Here’s exactly what he said in the press conference: “Why are you so angry? You think your dad beat the * out of you? Your dad doesn’t have * on me.

Every childhood memory is going to come back when I’m in there with you”. It was clearly noticeable from Sean Strickland’s facial expression that the statements deeply cut him somewhere and opened a wound.

However, since Sean Strickland has not been any better with making comments about other people like Ian Machado Garry and his wife, Henry Cejudo thinks Strickland has no right to show his emotional side.

Henry Cejudo on Sean Strickland

In a recent YouTube video, Henry Cejudo explained why he’s against Sean Strickland.

“I wouldn’t share things that bug you if you can’t be an advocate for it,” Cejudo said, as quoted by mmafighting.com. “Especially to the world. But you’re talking about peoples’ wives and calling people *, and things of that nature.

How do you not expect somebody else to come at you? I hope you can come to the consensus to be able to accept the fact that you’re in this game, bro, Learn how to play, don’t be [mocks crying]. You can’t, man”.

“It’s the same with [Alexander] Volkanovski. Volkanovski is showing his cards that he goes through anxiety if he doesn’t fight. Like, bro, like what the *. Keep some of that * to yourself.

The world doesn’t need to know. If he goes into that fight emotional ... you know what happens when you fight somebody emotional? You don’t stick to the gameplan, you wanna hurt ‘em, and because you want to hurt ‘em, you’re gonna expose yourself.

You’re gonna be throwing things you would never throw before. You’re gonna be throwing a lot of power, and you know what happens when you throw a lot of power? You’re gonna get burned".
