Francis Ngannou is expected to make his PFL debut somewhere around March 2024. He has been called out by many fighters, and it will be interesting to see who Ngannou ends up fighting. One recent call-out was made by the former UFC fighter Todd Duffee, who has a professional MMA record of 9-4.

Duffee would love to compete against Francis Ngannou in the PFL turf; he recognizes that it’s a high-demand fight and would love to be considered for it. Francis Ngannou’s MMA return is much awaited; he has been inactive for almost 2 years since he last fought Ciryl Gane in January 2022.

Ngannou recently made his boxing debut, and fans can expect to see him in the boxing ring one more time next year.

Todd Duffee on fighting Francis Ngannou

Recently on the MMA Junkie Radio, Todd Duffee expressed his desire to fight Francis Ngannou inside the octagon and explained why he likes tournaments.

“Oh, yeah, I’d love to, and I think they would give me that opportunity, too,” Duffee said, as quoted by “I would love to do that. It’s a fun, exciting fight. I do think they have a lot of matchups, but I love heavyweight fights, so maybe I see it differently.

Both guys that fought last weekend would be amazing matchups for him. I think that in general, PFL has a good roster of heavyweights I would love to see Francis fight. But yeah, please sign me up for that fight. Everybody wants that fight.

The tournament is the best because you know it doesn’t matter if you’re hurt and stuff like that, even that gets removed from your head a lot easier, I think tournaments are the coolest thing, for sure. If you can fight month after month, it’s the most beautiful thing in a guys’ career”.
