Loopy Godinez was arguably the headliner of UFC Noche last Saturday in Las Vegas at the T-Mobile Arena. Godinez (10-3 MMA, 5-3 UFC) defeated Elise Reed (7-3 MMA, 3-3 UFC) in a strawweight bout. It was an interesting fight, but Godinez easily defeated her opponent.
She attributes her magnificent fight to a change of team and camp, adding that she has never felt better.
“I feel like the change that I did was the best I’ve ever done for my career,” Godinez told MMA Junkie and other reporters post-fight at Noche UFC.
“It showed. I feel it. The way I feel out there before the fight, the fight week, it was something really special. Exactly what I did out there was exactly what we were doing every day. I want to watch the fight just to live it again”.
Loopy Godinez spent most of her time praising her new team and camp. She claims that she will soon be a champion, we will certainly follow her work and we will see. She is very diligent and trains really hard, but many circumstances and a dose of luck have to coincide.

“Yes, 100 percent, I do believe I’ll be a champion out of that gym,” Godinez said. “As a fighter, I think I have what it takes to be a champion, and also, I’ve got the tools.
The tools will be my team. And it’s not only me. It’s not only one coach or another coach or Alexa only. “It’s a big family. You guys will be seeing a lot of fighters coming out of there to be UFC fighters and to be champions, also, because there’s a lot of talent there.
