The youngest UFC fighter, Raul Rosas Jr, recently fought Terrence Mitchell at Noche UFC. Rosas knocked out Terrence Mitchell in just 54 seconds and showed the world what he’s truly capable of. Before this fight, Raul Rosas received a lot of criticism for his first ever career defeat; however, he refused to focus on the negatives and never stopped believing in himself.

He now has a professional MMA record of 8-1. By securing a few more comprehensive victories, Raul Rosas Jr will be featured in the top 15 rankings.

During the post fight press conference, Raul Rosas Jr shared his thoughts on the performance against Terrence Mitchell and revealed his aspirations for the future.
“(I) never had any doubts,” Rosas said as quoted by mmajunkie.usatoday.com. “(I) never had any doubts about my skills. The only thing that loss changed was my record, and tonight I showed that nothing has changed.
My grappling and my timing was on point, If it touched the ground, I knew I was going to find the submission. Rosas further said: We put in a lot of work. I’ve been working lots of grappling. I was just blessed to show everything.
I’ve evolved from the last fight. (I) showed my improvements and I was able to do it tonight.I’m different, I have the potential to be a superstar and break all these records. I’m just being myself, and I’m blessed that I am the way I am. I know I have potential to become one of the biggest superstars of the company”.
