Ian Machado Garry, an undefeated Irish fighter, and the future big name of this sport, talked about his category and his wishes in the future. Garry (13-0 MMA, 6-0 UFC) delivered a phenomenal match against Neil Magny at UFC 292 and shut up all the critics who said he didn't have a real challenge.

The Irishman touched his possible opponent. He doesn't hide that he wants a fight against Stephen Thompson first and then he says that he will clean up all the serious fighters and big names in his division.

Ian Machado Garry announces big things to do, training is key

“I want to get the title as the best striker in the division, and that comes when I knock out ‘Wonderboy,’ Garry told Severe MMA.

“And that’s when that will come. And then after that, I want to start tackling the grapplers and the wrestlers, because I want to show the world that I’m not just a striker, and anyone who’s ever trained with me knows that I can do it all.

Machado Garry also mentioned big names like former champion Kamaru Usman as well as Colby Covington

“So to fight the Usmans, to fight the Colbys, to fight whoever they f*cking put in front of me that’s going to want to take me down and get rid of my hands and my feet.

I’m excited to show the world what else is there. I’m excited to show the world what else I’m capable of”. “Look, I’m telling you now, anybody,” Garry continued. “You give me Sean Brady as a grappler, I’ll sub him.

You give me f*cking Usman or Colby, I’ll outgrapple them or I’ll outwrestle them. I don’t care what it is, I will find a way to win. It’s what I do, I’m a competitor. And above all else, I will get my hand raised”.
