After Dillon Danis pulled out of the event against KSI, he has been given the impression of not showing up for events, which is why Logan Paul has prepared for such a situation well in advance; Paul has made it official; Mike Perry will serve as the backup fighter.

Interestingly, Logan Paul and Mike Perry faced off yesterday in the absence of Dillon Danis. Danis couldn’t show up because of the chaos John Fury caused during the ongoing press conference. According to viewers, Dillon Danis dominated the press conference and humiliated Logan Paul.

In one months time, we will find out if Dillon Danis will show up for the fight or not. Mike Perry is ready and has already started preparing for the upcoming misfits event, which promises uninterrupted action.

Mike Perry on serving as the backup fighter

In a recent interview, Mike Perry revealed that he is ready for the fight on October 14th and will happily serve Dillon Danis’s role if he pulls out.

“I’m a real fighter,” Perry said, as quoted by mmafighting.com. “This is what I do. This is how I feed my family. These boys been getting money way other ways. They want some respect in this game so they called me here.

Dillon doesn’t show up, I’m ready to fight. “If they know me, my fans who know me and to the people who don’t, when you get Mike Perry on the card, you get the fight that you’re asking for”.

“I’ve been training, I stay fit. It’s a lifestyle for me. Logan’s a pretty big guy, these guys are a little heavier than where I usually fight. My last fight was at 185 [pounds], I cut like five pounds for that.

Perry further said: I’m like 190 right now. I think the weight class would be 190, 195. “As long as I’m in shape, I put the miles in, get some road work, lift some weights and do my boxing rounds like I love, I’ll be ready to show up if they need me. Let’s do it”.
