John Cena is among the greatest WWE legends and considered the face of the federation itself from 2005 to 2017, he has carved out a place among the most recognized wrestlers worldwide and was the most popular of the 2000s and 2010s. a positive character for most of his career, he has established himself as one of the most polarizing figures in WWE history. Since 2017, he has taken on a part-timer role to pursue a film career. He began his professional wrestling career in November 1999 with Ultimate Pro Wrestling, where he held the UPW Heavyweight Championship once; He then signed a developmental deal with the then World Wrestling Federation making his main roster debut in June of 2002. Overall he has won the WWE Championship thirteen times and the World Heavyweight Championship three times, making him a sixteen-time WWE Champion.

Cena also held the United States Championship five times, the World Tag Team Championship twice, and the WWE Tag Team Championship twice.
