
Carlo Ancelotti is a very successful Italian soccer manager. Born on 10 June 1959 in Reggiolo, Italy, Ancelotti had a successful career as both a footballer and a coach. Ancelotti played as a midfielder for several Italian clubs, including Parma, Roma and Milan. He won numerous Italian champion titles with Milan and represented the Italian national team in various international competitions. After retiring from playing football, Ancelotti began a career as a coach. He started as a youth team coach and then served as Arrigo Sacchi's assistant with Milan in the 1990s. In 2001, he took over as AC Milan manager and managed to achieve important successes, including the UEFA Champions League title in 2003 and 2007.
Ancelotti then moved to England, coaching teams such as Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid. He continued to enjoy success, winning the Premier League with Chelsea in 2010 and the UEFA Champions League with Real Madrid in 2014 and in 2022.
