Nashville Predators

The Nashville Predators are an ice hockey team based in Nashville, Tennessee. They joined the NHL in 1998 and quickly gained a solid fan base thanks to their exciting style of play and the energy of home games. In 2017, the Predators reached the Stanley Cup Final, marking a turning point in their history. Although they lost that series, they proved to be a serious contender and became a recognized force in the league. The Predators are affiliated with a couple of minor league franchises such as the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League (AHL) and the Florida Everblades of the ECHL.

The club colors are yellow and blue while the logo, keeping true to the name "Predators", represents the face of a predatory feline, more precisely a saber-toothed tiger. The best result in their little more than twenty-year history was the Stanley Cup finals in 2017, in which they were defeated by the Pittsburgh Penguins in six games. The following season they won their first President's Trophy; that is, the trophy goes to the team that collects the most points at the end of the regular season before the playoffs.
