
Michael Bisping is an English former mixed martial artist and professional wrestler. He was born in the City of Manchester in 1979 and began his career in mixed martial arts in 2004. Bisping fought in the middleweight division in both the UFC championship and other organizations. Known for his aggressive style and his remarkable stamina inside the octagon, Bisping got his big break in 2006 when he participated in the first edition of the reality show "The Ultimate Fighter" in the United States and won the middleweight category of the competition. This success opens the doors to the UFC championship, the most prestigious mixed martial arts organization in the world.
Throughout his career, Bisping has faced some of the best fighters in the middleweight division, including Anderson Silva, Vitor Belfort and Luke Rockhold. The biggest win of his career came in 2016, when he defeated Rockhold by TKO in a UFC middleweight title match, making him the first British champion in the organization's history. Bisping ended his career with a record of 30 wins and 9 losses, announcing his retirement in May 2018. In addition to his mixed martial arts career, Bisping also starred in several films, including "xXx: Return of Xander Cage" and "Den of Thieves". He is also a commentator and analyst for the UFC.
