Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa, one of the most beloved tennis couples of the moment, took to the court to play a mixed doubles match together. An event they will remember for a long time. The debut ever for the Greek and the Spanish player was also a winning one.

In fact, the couples managed to beat Daniil Medvedev and Sofia Kenin, adversaries of the round, with a final score of 6-4. Thanks to this victory, 'sitsipas and Badosa gave success to the Kites team in the direct comparison with the Eagles team of the Russian number 3 in the world.

The 25-year-old and the 26-year-old spoke in an interview in the center of the court at the end of the match, to Tennis Channel's. The exchange of words between the two is funny. The Spanish girl joked with her boyfriend like this: "This was a test.

Either we divorce or things will always get better" is Badosa's comment, laughing at her. Tsitsipas responded by explaining the emotion he experienced while playing the challenge, which was quite special for him: "It was beautiful.

The two athletes will continue their adventure in the World Tennis League in Abu Dhabi in the next few days to lead the Kites, which also includes Aryna Sabalenka and Grigor Dimitrov, to win the final scheduled for Sunday 24 December.
