"I had warmed up a bit, I started to do some weights and I had a horrible feeling, like a finger being pushed into the middle of my chest. I tried to stretch myself a little, as you do sometimes, thinking that that twinge came from training, but it didn't go away. It started spreading over my chest. It wasn't pain, it was like strong pressure. I was short of breath, I was sweating, I felt nauseous and I became pale. The presence of my wife in the building, who immediately accompanied my to the hospital, was decisive.
Thirty minutes later I was feeling fine, but my blood tests showed that I had had a mild heart attack. Many people would have ignored those symptoms. Don't do it, deal with it if you have those symptoms."

As for the future, doctors have given more than a few resucrations to the 51-year-old: "Fortunately, there is no long-term negative impact on my health, just a restriction on any heavy physical activity for a month and some medications to take.
I will definitely do all my checks. I have one in three weeks, then in three months, six months and 12 months, I'll take care of monitoring what is happening much more closely." Obviously, the occasion was to send a rather clear message for prevention.
He told: "One day becomes a week, which becomes a month, then six months and before you know it a year has passed and you have not done what you have to do for your health. The most important thing to remember is that you have to do not only for yourself, but for your family and friends."
