Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino cannot be satisfied with his team's performance, which lost to Everton in today's Premier League match (2:0). The Argentinian expert will have a tough job ahead of him, given that Chelsea look far from what is expected of them.

The major issue with his team is that they fail to capitalize on opportunities during matches. In addition, many players do not meet the standards of this club. Pochettino is also aware of this, and he expects to solve many problems during the next transfer window.

"Football is about scoring goals and we were not clinical in front of goal,” he said, as quoted by eurosport.com! I'm really, really disappointed.
We didn't get the point we deserved. I think we were better but we didn't get what we wanted.
This was a game to play and to win.

It's a problem we need to check. We need to analyse the reality. We need to talk and to try to improve in the next transfer market."

Reece James' injury: It's not so nice for him to suffer another injury

Reece James' injury also worries Pochettino.

He is one of their key players, but lately, he has had a lot of problems with injuries. "He felt something in his hamstring. It's not so nice for him to suffer another injury. He is an important player." Since the departure of Roman Abramovich, Chelsea has been far from its level.

The Blues have to change a lot if they want to compete for places leading to Europe next year. The fans show their disappointment day by day. Some believe that Pochettino is the problem, while others believe that the current management is not doing good things. Be that as it may, it is clear that changes are necessary!
