Luka Jovic leaves Real Madrid in January?

Luka Jović disappeared from the radar of Zinedine Zidane and will definitely leave Real Madrid in January, Spanish media write. The Serbian striker played his last minutes in Madrid on October 21 against Shakhtar, when he failed to come to the fore during 59 minutes spent on the field.

Since that match, in which the young goal scorer was the starter, the French strategist did not give Jovic a minute on the field. Yesterday's choice by Zidane shows that the situation is more than serious. Real chased the victory against Inter, but Jovic was not among the players who entered the field, but not only that, the Serbian football player was not among the players who were in the warm-up.

Zidane tried to change the situation on the field by introducing Vinicius, Rodrygo and Modric. The current situation has activated rumors about Jovic's departure from the club, and it is believed that his next destination should be the Premier League.

Newcastle and Leicester were mentioned this summer, so it remains to be seen whether a new club will jump into the game. Zidane tried to "activate" Jovic at the beginning of the season, he played in tandem with Karim Benzema in several matches, but the goals were missed again, so the Frenchman put him in the background and it seems that a change of environment is inevitable.

New club

Zidane openly told Jovic this summer that it would be best to change the environment and go on loan where he would have much more room to play, however, the right option for the player did not appear, so he stayed in Madrid.

Jovic arrived at Real in the summer of 2019 from Eintracht for amount of 60,000,000 euros, but he scored only two goals in 32 appearances in all competitions. Much was expected of the young Serb but he still failed to show his talent as he showed at Eintracht Frankfurt.

It was assumed that Jovic would be someone who would succeed Karim Benzema and become the first option in the attack of the royal club. That did not happen and Jovic will now have to choose a new environment in which he could make the best progress.

It is certain that a large number of teams are interested in Jovic and will fight for his signature. January will be a month in which there are great chances for him to leave Real Madrid and find a new engagement. It would be best to try again in the Bundesliga because he has the best chance of getting back in shape. Still, it's all up to Jovic and hope that he will choose the best option for himself
