Robin van Persie gives predictions on who will win the Premier League title

The title race in the Premier League will be unpredictable until the very end of the season. At the moment, Arsenal is leading the way and seems to be the favorite to win the title this season. Manchester City is not far away, and they are looking forward to their chance to make up for the points difference by trying to get closer to them.
An ex-Arsenal player, Robin van Persie, predicted what could happen in the future. The Dutchman believes that Arsenal is deservedly at the top of the table. In spite of that, the last rounds are always the most difficult, and that's where things are most likely to change.
‘If you look at this period of time, this is where every single point really counts,’ Van Persie told Sky Sports, as quoted by metro.co.uk ‘They’ve had a couple of difficult games recently. They got the three points there, and that is what makes a champion’s team.
They’ve been proving that. But the last stretch is always the difficult one, so it’ll be interesting to see.' Robin van Persie still believes that his former club will be strong enough and that they will win the title in the end.
'But my personal feeling is that they will go for it – that they will win the league. It’s been a while, so I’m happy for them to win it.'
Mikel Arteta and his expectations
Mikel Arteta hopes to achieve great success.
After the last match (vs Crystal Palace) Arteta commented on what he expects from the team; ‘It feels very good, especially with the way we have played and the results we have picked up. Now we must stop and make sure everyone comes back from the internationals with the same mindset.
We have Leeds next and we put the focus there.’ It is going to be a very interesting race until the very end. Arsenal are aware of the opportunity they have.
