John Hynes had a great debut on the bench of the Minnesota Wild. It seems that Hynes was immediately able to implement his ideas within the team. His team broke the streak of 7 defeats and won against the St. Louis Blues 3:1. Hynes will have a chance to face the Nashville Predators on Thursday.

That is the team where he spent three fantastic years.
"Yeah, I was roaming around a little bit," Hynes said, as quoted by NHL.com! "Everyone's so helpful, so it's good, but I had to ask a few people. I left and I came back the same way, but it didn't seem like it was the same way.

Now I got it." Hynes will have an interesting experience when he returns to the club he knows so well tonight. John will have more motivation to win. "Nashville was a special place. I'm thankful for the opportunity to coach there.

The organization is fantastic. I enjoyed the players. I really grew as a coach there. It's a little weird going back to coach this quick in Nashville, but I'm certainly looking forward to it."

Marc-Andre Fleury reacts to the victory of his team

After the great victory of the Wild, Wild goalie Marc-Andre Fleury expressed his happiness with the performance of his team.

They looked great throughout the match. In previous matches, this was the main problem. The team did not look unified and at certain moments they would look as if they were not training together. However, Hynes immediately left his mark.

"It was probably our best 60-minute game we've seen," Marc-Andre Fleury said. "I think we've seen spurts of it. We had a couple periods I think, but never a full 60, and it showed what we can do. It's tough, but we have a base and hopefully we can build on that and play that way against Nashville."
