NBA legend Charles Barkley roasts Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers

NBA legend Charles Barkley has had enough of the Aaron Rodgers drama as he compared the quarterback to a pretty girl that needs to be told every day that she is looking good. Rodgers was umhappy with the Packers a year ago but returned to the team for the 2021 season.

Now, Rodgers is on good terms with the Packers but still there is no guarantee that he will return for the 2022 season. The Packers have been doing everything they can to ensure Rodgers stays but Rodgers has been deciding for nearly two months what to do regarding his future.

“I think he’s the pretty girl that you gotta tell her she’s pretty every day. I’m starting to think that. I’m starting to think he’s that girl like, ‘Oh, I don’t look good today?’ Like, I told you five days in a row you good.

I gotta tell you every day, apparently…so I’m starting to wonder,” Barkley said on the Waddle & Silvy Show.

Rodgers could land a massive contract

There were reports of Rodgers wants to be the highest-paid player in the NFL.

Rodgers called those reports "categorically false" but it doesn't mean that he won't become the highest-paid player in the NFL. The Packers are reportedly willing to give Rodgers a deal that would make him the highest-paid player anually if he decided to return to the team.

Barkley didn't specifically mention Rodgers but he called NFL quarterbacks "greedy pigs." “Why are they such greedy pigs? Every quarterback who’s gotten big money never won again (a Super Bowl) again,” Barkley said.

Meanwhile, Rodgers recently apologized for the vaccine drama he caused this past season. Rodgers said in August was "immunized" but after contracting COVID-19 during the season it was revealed he was unvaccinated.

"I didn't realize the kind of shrapnel they'd be taking," Rodgers said. "So many people stepped up to the plate and sent me great messages of support, and love. But I think I realized being out of this now and having conversations with some of those people, and understanding kind of the entire gravity of the situation I was thrust into and decided to speak on multiple times had an effect on a lot of people.

To those people, I just say I'm sorry. I never meant to get you in the middle of it, but you got into it by proxy because of your relation to me."
