Kawhi Leonard highlights one thing about this Clippers team

Kawhi Leonard feels the Los Angeles Clippers definitely have a room for improvement following a loss to the Boston Celtics. On Thursday night, the Clippers suffered a 116-110 loss to the Celtics. Following the loss, the Clippers own a 21-16 record and are the fourth-best team in the Western Conference.

Leonard led the way for the Clippers as he had a team-high 26 points and also grabbed eight rebounds. “We still got a lot to improve on. Everything, everything. If we want to be the last team standing we got to get better at everything — even if we were the No.

1 seed we still have to get better, each and every day," Leonard said, per The Los Angeles Times.

Leonard, Paul George: We can be better

George, who had 24 points for the Clippers, thinks his team has the assets to be a very successful team and noted it's just up to them to figure out how to become great.

“We got the guys to make plays, make shots, we got the guys to get stops. We got all the recipe for the little stuff but it’s just how we play, regardless of who we play, it’s how we play," George said. Despite the loss to the Clippers, it hasn't been a bad season for them considering all the injury issues they have had.

Leonard, who missed the entire last season due to a major knee injury, also missed a good number of games this season. However, Leonard is back to feeling healthy and he is slowly rediscovering his best game. On Saturday, the Clippers are playing the Indiana Pacers on the road.

The Pacers have been solid this season as they own a 19-17 record. When the Clippers and Pacers meet, it will be their second meeting of the season. In late November, the Clippers ousted the Pacers 114-100. Now, the Clippers will be aiming for their second win of the season versus the Pacers.

It remains to be seen if Leonard and company can bounce back from the Celtics defeat and beat the Pacers.
