In response to the news that Sherry Pollex had passed away from ovarian cancer, Martin Truex Jr. has released a statement. Pollex and Truex Jr have been together since 2003, and at the beginning of this year, they decided to split up.

Martin Truex Jr. emphasized in his address that Pollex was a great fighter from the very beginning of the diagnosis. Pollex was a wonderful person who was always ready to help everyone in need.
