Kyle Busch managed to achieve his third victory this season at World Wide Technology Raceway. It was a well-deserved victory for Busch in the end, taking pole position and winning in the end. The victory is also the third of the season so far.
There was only one year in which he had more: in 2019, when he won the title and also had 5 victories. As a result of the race, Busch was unable to hide his emotions and excitement after the race. This season seems to be going in the right direction for the team.
“That was pretty awesome,” Busch told the FOX Sports. "Man, to sit on the pole and lead a whole lot of laps, and have my guys do such a great job today, was pretty phenomenal for us. Great for RCR”. Kyle expressed how important this victory was to him.
Busch is in the race to win the Cup Series and it will be interesting until the end. “We’re going to have a great time with this one,” Busch said of his victory. “This one is pretty cool”.
Kyle Busch wants NASCAR to react
A few weeks ago, Kyle Busch commented on the chaotic situation within NASCAR and the aggressive driving of individuals.
Busch emphasized that individuals have to react to things like this. “You want to bring up an example from COTA. You had the No. 1 that got into the No. 48 who went into the No. 99. So who do you penalize between the No. 48 and the No.
1, right? All of them. Anybody that is involved in the caution, go to the back. That’s how we do it with the kids racing at seven years old. So if we can teach seven and eight-year-olds that’s not the way you’re supposed to do it and you need to race clean, then surely we should be able to teach 18 or 19-year-olds to Harvick’s 46 or 47. We should be able to figure it out."
