How did Quartaro manage to get to the very top?

Fabio Quartaro has achieved what every Moto GP rider dreams of. He won the title of Moto GP champion in a strong competition and became the first Frenchman to do so. After driving brilliantly throughout the season and impressing many with his mentality, strength, and skill, Quartaro has reached the desired goal.

But it didn’t all look so great once before. After making his Moto GP debut in 2019, most were not optimistic after he was signed by Petronas SRT. They thought it was a bad move, but only now do critics see what a mistake they have made "When I won the two Spanish Championships [in 2013 and 2014], of course the first step was to win a Moto3 world championship," Quartararo said following his coronation, as quoted by motrosport "But I didn't even make a victory.

Then I moved to Moto2, I was trying to take confidence back. "The first year that was not achieved, the second year yes, and we won two races… OK, one was taken away (he had his Japan win stripped for a technical infringement), but I know that we won two races.

His career was moving fast and Quartaro still can't believe what success he made, given the problems he had. "But I didn't expect to move up to MotoGP, so Moto2 world championship was not possible to get. "So, the only way to be world champion was in MotoGP.

We achieved it and it's something that I never expected. "When we made the first test in Valencia in 2018, I say 'What the hell am I doing on this bike?'

The beginning was too difficult, and everything seemed like a great unknown to him.

However, given the quality it possesses, Quartaro quickly got used to it and showed that nothing is a problem for him. He is now aware that all the effort was worth it "I couldn't ride it, [there was] so much power.

Right now, I ask for much more. The steps were slow, but good. "First day I finished three seconds [behind], then two seconds, last day of Jerez we finished 0.8s [behind]. "Sepang was tough, then in Qatar we made a massive step and we finished P2 in the test and from that moment I knew I was well.

"2019 was good and of course it was a big dream to be world champion and we achieved it." It is certain that Quartaro wants to continue like this in the future as before, and we wish him a successful career.
