Emma Kimilainen will be at the start of the 2021 W Series. During a Shikaani podcast she denounced an episode of sexism occurred in 2010. She refused an offer from a team of Indy Lights because of a topless photo shoot! She said: "Initially it was agreed that I would take the photos in a bikini, then I would have to stay bare-chested.
I asked what was going on until I found out that one of the sponsors of the team was an erotic magazine. I am speechless at how much support I have had. It's incredibly difficult to say things like that because you don't want them to negatively affect your career.
I'm not usually a complainer. I have been through a lot in 28 years of career. But fortunately today the world has improved, while 10 years ago the link between women and equality was very different."
Charlotte Flair's Dress issue
The last episode of Monday Night Raw of this anomalous 2020 took place last monday, and an episode that had a particular ending with twists and certainly situations out of the normal area but which saw an interesting show however for the whole edition of the red show.
At some point in the episode, however, there was an unexpected event that forced WWE to use censorship and block part of the match. During the single challenge between the daughter of art Charlotte Flair and the strong Mia Jax there was a small mistake that upset the plans of Vince McMahon's company.
During the match The Queen, after being hit by opponent, she got up with a little problem in her dress with her breasts and consequently some things obviously out of place. WWE and in particular Kevin Dunn were quick and released the censor button to avoid inconvenience.
He then recovered after advertising with everything to normal. It is not the first time such things have happened in WWE but especially in recent years the company has appeared inflexible about it. The match saw a fairly controlled domination by the well-known daughter of Ric Flair who at one point blocked the opponent in the Figure Four Leg Lock thus forcing Shayna Baszler to intervene and winning by disqualification.
Luckily for her Charlotte wasn't alone and she didn't find herself at a numerical disadvantage but with her Tag Team partner Asuka she chased away her rivals. The Tag Team's Champion thus remained in the ring as the absolute winners of the evening.
After months of absence, due to a long and hard injury, Charlotte Flair is back in the recent Pay per View of TLC where she replaced the injured Lana and together with the WWE female Champion Asuka she defeated Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler and became the new Tag Team champions.
