Ludvig Aberg decided to make big changes in his career, to move towards the right path and realize his potential. Surprisingly, the first thing he did was part ways with his caddy, Jack Clarke. Jack was by his side even when he turned pro, and he was a huge support for him.

However, Aberg realized that if he wanted to make a success, it was necessary to change a few things. In an interview with the media, Clarke confirmed that he did not expect this to happen. However, he respects Aberg's decision.

"He just turned around to me the week before last and said he was going to let me go, purely based on wanting more experience on the bag. Before the conversation I didn't see it coming because of the results we had together but I totally respect his decision.

I was shocked and disappointed by the decision, but at the end of the day it's his decision to hopefully become what he wants to become."- Clarke said, as reported by golfmagic.

Majors experience

Major experience is what this caddy lacks.

Aberg clearly wanted someone with experience who could give him crucial advice.

"When he said the experience in majors, I can't say too much about it because I don't have that."

When you are with someone from the beginning and you support them, it is hard to accept that they don't want to be with you anymore.

However, sport is such that it is difficult to predict what the new day will bring. Clarke had no choice but to accept Aberg's decision.

"I'm disappointed to not be able to continue with him after what we have been through, but it's his personal choice and I understand it."
According to the predictions of golf experts, Aberg could become one of the best in the future!

"I'll be cheering him on from the sidelines. The predictions are realistic and hopefully with the team around him he can make them become a reality."
