Max Verstappen has talked about retiring and his plans a lot in interviews. Even though he's only 26 and just won his third title, he doesn't see himself sticking around in F1 for another 10-15 years. He mentioned in an interview that he wants to be a boss at the end of his career and help other drivers get better. Looking at his passion for sports and mentality, many believe that the Dutchman would do well in such a role.

“That is my goal. I don't necessarily want to drive myself, but I want to build something big and give talented drivers a chance,” Verstappen told Blick, as quoted by crash.net!

“That doesn't mean that I want to take them into Formula 1, but I want to help them progress in racing. "

Verstappen does not want to focus only on F1. He believes that many motorsports bring excitement and have a lot to offer.

“There are so many series in motorsport where you can have fun and be successful, and as a professional racing driver, you can also make a living from it. Not just in Formula 1."

Max Verstappen: I would be a bit old-fashioned boss

Max thinks that he would be an old-fashioned boss who is strict with his goals and plans.

“I would certainly be a no-b* boss. Maybe a bit old-fashioned, because it's all about performance and not how connected you are to social media.

I just want to win because that stops all the talk around it, and that's the most important thing for me.”

For now, it is too early to talk about what we can expect from him in the future, and whether he will have such a role in the future. However, one thing is certain: Verstappen is a great driver who has a great foundation to break many records.
