Ferrari is ready to be second in the 2023 constructors' F1 championship. They are aware that a difficult task awaits them, but not an impossible one. Ferrari is currently 22 points behind with three races remaining. Charles Leclerc confirmed in an interview with the media that it would be really bad if he finished third.

Second place is what interests him at the moment, and he will do his best to achieve his goal. "Of course it would be bad - I don’t want to finish third in the constructors’ championship as much as the drivers’ championship we’re fighting for positions less interesting.

The second place is still significant. We will do everything as a team to finish second in the constructors’ so let’s see what’s possible. ” -Leclerc said.

Sprint weekends

Sprint weekends turned out to be the best for Charles Leclerc.

And this time, he hopes to make a great result. The fact is that there is not much time left. However, a lot can change in the next three races. This is the part of the season in which every team gives their maximum because they know that these are the last minutes.

“I hope it's a sprint weekend. On the track characteristics it's difficult to know where we'll be. I expect Mercedes will be strong - they’ve always been strong here but on a sprint weekend we may have our chances”.

Mercedes is poised to make a significant impact in the upcoming race. Both Russell and Hamilton are determined to go in the right direction, and the Sao Paulo race might serve as an indicator of their progress. It appears that Mercedes has finally found its stride and made great improvements.

All eyes will be on them, and the question of whether they can deliver a strong performance this time remains to be answered. Source: Crash
