Fernando Alonso has no doubt that Lewis is a great driver who possesses enormous qualities.
Nevertheless, the Spaniard emphasized that Hamilton was 'lucky' to be part of a team that can provide him with the best car. In such conditions, you have a better chance of winning the title. He also emphasized that Bottas would probably have been the champion if Hamilton had had problems then.
"I still think that he is one of the best drivers in the sport, and at the same time he had the luck to have a very dominant car for many years," he said.
