Ishan Kishan played explosively and scored his first ever half century in the test match format. Kishan was not out with a score of 52*(34), and it looked like he could have scored a lot more if Team India didn't declare. Ishan Kishan was sent top of the order, and after securing his maiden test match 50, Kishan was grateful and interestingly thanked Rishabh Pant for his seamless performance.

After 4 days of engaging gameplay, the scorecards have been updated to – India: 438/10 & 181/2 d | West Indies: 255/10 & 76/2. West Indies currently needs 289 more runs to win the match – it would be unfair to say that it's an improbable feat to achieve.

Today on Day 5, we will find out if West Indies has what it takes to survive and snatch the match from Team India's tough bowling line up.

During the post-match interview, Ishan Kishan revealed that Rishabh Pant helped him out before the series started and expressed thankfulness for Pant's support.

"I was at NCA before coming here," Kishan said, as quoted by hindustantimes.com. "I was practising there and Rishabh was also there for his rehab. He just got a few points for me. He asked me to you know, the bat position and everything because he, had seen me playing with him.

Kishan further said: We have played together so many matches. "We have been together since U-19. So he knows how I play, what my mindset is. So you just help me a little bit with my bat position and everything, so otherwise I think I also wanted someone to tell me a few things about my batting and it was a great time for him to come and chat with me and really thankful for that".
