Due to unforeseen circumstances, the fight of the century was postponed once again. The good news is that it’s not too far away; Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk will face each other on 18th May in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Royal Advisor Turki Alalshikh made the news official in a virtual interview with Ariel Helwani. If, for any reason, the fighters pull out on 18th May, they will be penalized with a hefty fine of $10 million. Usyk’s manager believes Tyson Fury got the cut on purpose so that he could have a strong excuse to pull out of the fight, but Turki Alalshikh backed Tyson Fury by revealing that Fury said he was ready to fight with the cut on 17th February.
