Ryan Garcia was under the impression of fighting Rolly Romero next; he confidently uploaded a tweet addressing that he’s fighting Romero next. It was an attempt to clear the ongoing confusion about his next opponent.

The tweet was deleted a few hours after it was uploaded because Rolly Romero is fighting Isaac Cruz on the 30th of March. Back to square one, the confusion remains to be the same as no one could shed light on Garcia’s next fight.

Eddie Hearn recently took the time to confirm that Ryan Garcia will either face Devin Haney or Regis Prograis next. Clarity was not maintained with Ryan Garcia, due to which he thought Rolly Romero was his next opponent.

Ryan Garcia’s deleted Tweet

“4-20 Live on @daznboxing PPV Tickets and Location soon.

It’s time To enter battle once again. I understand that there has been a lot of confusion but this fight is happening. I’m happy to announce this. Everyone is going to post this soon don’t worry. I love you guys.

COMMENT WHAT YOU THINK. #GarciavsRomero“. Ryan Garcia got back on the winning page immediately after facing his first ever career defeat against Gervonta Davis. The Oscar Duarte fight showed the lost potential in Ryan Garcia, and it will be fascinating to see if he can portray the same in his future matches. The fight with Devin Haney has been asked by many fans and boxing experts for a very long time, but for various reasons, that fight never materialized.

Ryan Garcia vs Devin Haney promises to be a much bigger event compared to Garcia vs Davis. Devin Haney has also agreed to fight Ryan Garcia, so there seems to be no reason not to make it happen at the earliest. The year 2024 might be the one where fans finally get to witness this match up.
