Ryan Garcia is finally back on the winning page after facing his first ever career defeat against Gervonta Davis. Garcia claimed a dominating win against Oscar Duarte; he made him quit after hitting him with some nasty shots.

With that win, Ryan Garcia updated his professional boxing record to 24-1 (20 knockouts). Garcia was initially looking forward to fighting Rolly Romero next, but since he didn’t respond effectively, Garcia has decided to move on.

He wants to face Devin Haney next, and their teams are already in the negotiation stage. The good news for all boxing enthusiasts is that Devin Haney is also ready to fight Ryan Garcia! The highly-anticipated match is just a few negotiations away.

Ryan Garcia’s tweet

“I’m sorry Rollies you and your team work way too slow and you were way too indecisive — I didn’t know if you wanted to box or vacation, Devin Haney and I are in negotiations, respect that.

I’m not entertaining anything. Thanks”.

I wanna make the biggest fights happen and I think it’s time me and Ryan get it on. More than likely, it’s next”. Devin Haney recently secured one of the biggest wins of his career against Regis Prograis; fans are eagerly waiting to see Haney face Garcia, and it will be interesting to see how soon the promoters can make it happen.
