The great performance of Anthony Joshua vs Otto Wallin did not impress everyone. After suffering back-to-back losses at the hands of Oleksandr Usyk, Joshua has two wins and is aiming for a third. He succeeded in that. Boxing fans are still not sure if Joshua can go one step higher. Lennox Lewis is one of those who believes that Joshua's victory still does not guarantee that he will return to his old path. Although Anthony looked fantastic, it is difficult to predict if he is ready for bigger goals.

“I couldn’t really judge with this fight if he’s back or not. He definitely looked good, he did what he was supposed to do. Taking out a guy he’s taken out before [in the amateurs]," Lewis told TNT Sports, as quoted by boxingscene.com!

Lewis believes that Joshua needs to be careful, given that Fury or Zhang are much tougher opponents. Lennox hopes that in the future they could see a fight between Joshua and the two aforementioned opponents. This is a great thing for Joshua's confidence.  After the last match with Usyk, many believed that Joshua would have problems with much easier opponents. However, he showed that after Usyk he still has faith in himself!

“The guy didn’t have any definition in his body. I don’t know if he worked hard or was in training camp or whatever, and I didn’t see him punching or throwing any punches that connected because AJ looked good after the fight, like a movie star, like he wasn’t even in a fight.

So I think [the fight is] good for his mental state and everybody is saying 'he’s back', but there's still a long road ahead. He still has to go up against Fury. [Zhilei] Zhang from China would be a great fight as well.”
