Anthony Joshua: The Wilder fight’s big for sure

Joshua understands the significant interest in a potential match with Deontay Wilder, but he's currently avoiding thinking about it for now. He confirmed his complete focus on preparing for the upcoming fight against Wallin, emphasizing it as the immediate challenge he's focused on. Joshua highlights Wallin's motivation to disrupt his plans and take the championship title.

“The Wilder fight’s big for sure, and it’s always good to have a view of the landscape in front of you. But my main focus is Wallin, so in terms of his thoughts about Wilder, I have no comment on that because my main focus is on my opponent. And he’s got a chance. Every fighter’s got a chance. He wants to become the first Swedish heavyweight champion. My goal is to upset those odds, so we both have our goals and our targets. And at the end of the day, the best man will be victorious.”

Boxing fans are hoping that we will actually get a chance to watch Wilder vs Joshua next year. However, it is too early to talk about it, considering that both of them have interesting opponents.
