Fury, the WBC heavyweight champion, is scheduled to fight Usyk, who holds the WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO heavyweight titles, in an absolute bantamweight title fight on February 17 in Saudi Arabia. It's probably the biggest and most challenging fight on paper for both fighters' careers.

Many have begun to question Fury's abilities given his performance in his close fight against the far less experienced, boxing-wise, Francis Ngannou late last month, but Tyson, who helped train Ngannou for that bout, isn't letting on.

That questionable performance taints the way he views his chances against Usyk. "Hey, we should keep in mind the performance against Ngannou, but you have to understand that he's still the champion. He made it a great night and gave Francis a chance.

It's just a bad night at the office for him. We all have them, and that was his. Maybe it wasn't the best moment, but it's important for him that he celebrated," said "Iron Mike" to Fight Hub TV.

The world was shocked when Fury ended up on the floor

Fury shocked the world last month, but not in a good way.

Ngannou, who is a former UFC heavyweight champion but had no previous professional boxing experience, knocked him down during the third round and gave him a hard time. Fury won by split decision, but many thought that Ngannou had done enough to get the hand raised at the end of the match.

Despite the poor performance of the "King of the Gypsies", Tyson still picks him in the match against the Ukrainian boxer and thinks he will defeat him: "I have to choose Fury. He's the best boxer in the world, especially at heavyweight.

Big fighters lose, big fighters look bad, but that doesn't stop them from being big," concluded Tyson. Only time will tell if Tyson's prediction will come true. The fight is sure to be a barn-burner, and we can't wait to see who comes out on top.
