KSI faced his first ever career defeat against Tommy Fury; he sent an official appeal to the Professional Boxing Association to overturn the decision; however, nothing has been announced by the PBA so far. KSI’s end goal was to fight Jake Paul; after the recent loss, KSI seems to be on vacation mode.
KSI believes he won against Tommy Fury; perhaps the winner of Jake Paul vs KSI could qualify to fight Tommy for a rematch. Tommy Fury wants to get back to fighting professional boxers and as far as Jake Paul is concerned, he will fight next on 15th December; he hasn’t announced the opponent yet but confirmed that it will be a professional boxer from his age group.
KSI may take a long break before making a return; it will be interesting to see when Jake Paul and KSI will agree to fight each other.
KSI on fighting again
In a recent episode of Impaulsive, KSI was invited as the guest; he spoke about taking a break and potentially fighting Jake Paul.
“Right now, I feel like I’ve retired,” KSI said, as quoted by mmafighting.com. “It’s weird. I haven’t trained since the fight. I’ve just enjoyed my life. It’s weird. It’s all these things that I would normally do, and I can relax.I think for right now, I’m kind of just enjoying myself.
Yeah, we’ll see [about fighting again]. My girlfriend has loved [the time off]. She’s like, ‘He’s back finally!’. We can go out to the restaurant and eat, and he can eat anything! We can go on holiday.
